Workflow Integrations

We use Slack as our primary form of asynchronous communication. We integrate several of other apps to Slack to update us of changes to the business.

Here are the available channels and corresponding integrations:

  • Banking: This channel is connected to our bank account with Mercury via Zapier to update us on any changes to bank transactions.
  • Benefit-Feedbacks: This channel is connected to our product via webhook to update us on any users who leave feedback on Climate Benefits Providers.
  • Feedback: This channel is connected to our product via webhook to update us on any users who leave feedback on our product.
  • Product-Code: This channel is connected to our code hosting with Github via a Slack integration to update us on any changes to the code base.
  • Product-Management: This channel is connected to our product management board with Asana via a Slack integration to update us on any changes to tickets.
  • Sales: This channel is connected to our CRM with Salesforce via a Slack integration to update us on any new leads and changes to stages of leads.
  • Stripe-Transactions: This channel is connected to our payment processors with Stripe via a Slack integration to update us on any new transactions.
  • Twitter: This channel is connected to our Twitter account via a Slack integration to update us on mentions or replies.
